Penarth Festive Fun Run 

Today John Bruno and members of the John Bruno Total Training team took part in the Christmas fun and frolics at the Penarth Festive Fun Run!

The 3km run/walk is a fancy dress Christmas theme which supports two local charities, Marie Curie & Diabetes UK Cymru. John needed no persuading with the fancy dress theme and arrived in his Father Christmas outfit, complete with flashing lights!!!

Hundreds of willing participants took part on a rainy day on Penarth clifftops, however they were all rewarded with mulled wine & minced pies at the end and a goody bag for all runners! The RAF brass band entertained the supporters, whilst Cioni's festive BBQ kept them well fed, all rounded off with a raffle with some amazing prizes.
