Nordic Walking Group Walks are an effective way to burn calories, socialise and enjoy the out doors.  We offer FREE 45 minute Nordic Walking introductory beginner/taster sessions.

We currently provide a 2 hour Sunday walk. Please contact us for our next up and coming dates. Our team of 5 Instructors all specialise in different aspects of Fitness and Health and are qualified to lead walks.
