Hot stone massage is the use of basalt stones which are warmed in water.  During the massage the warm stones will improve circulation which will help release built up toxins in the body. 

The stones are used to massage and relax the muscles, ease tension and bring about a sense of calm and well being.  The stones can also help exfoliate the skin leaving it soft and smooth.
