Indian Head Massage in Penarth, also known as Champissage is a technique that has been practiced in India for over a thousand years and is seen as an integral part of family life as well as a profession.

Treatment takes place fully clothed, although it is useful not to wear tight restrictive clothing or tops with collars, sat upright in a low backed chair. Full treatment including the face can take up to an hour although shorter treatments are available.
